bypass ISP internet speed without vpn?

    hello. My ISP is has closed vpn for all user because someone told to their forum about bypass internet limit. i have scan all port from my ISP inernet for vpn but not found any open port for vpn. Because of this, in my country, anyone want use internet 1GB must pay for 10USD. this is very suck. before that i success bypass limit by vpn. now i have no luck. their closed header about ssh injection too... anyone know other trick beside using vpn or ssh injection to bypass ISP internet limit? or bypass internet speed?

    To the best of my knowledge you'd need to setup some type of VPN.

    How bypass Internet Speed limit With VPN I'm interested to know . i have VPN an my speed still the same ??

    I'm pretty sure there's no way you can bypass your ISP's internet speed. If there is a way it won't last very long. These people do this for a living and their main goal is to make money.

    Speed limit by ISP is usually set on Layer 2, so u cant do anything about it... They set a limit on the DSLAM port if you are using a DSL connection and if not they will set a limit on their BRAS. There is no way to bypass this limits with a VPN.
