Like others have suggested, using blog comments that are right on topic with your keyword for your name work quite a bit. If they are relevant to the topic then most people approve them and you get A backlink. you can use CommentHunt.com if you want **************** blogs also, its pretty nice...

If you are subcutaneously unpleasing to people, without being FUGLY! You will get ad clicks at least (depending on what revenue stream you are going for) because subconsciously they will want to leave your site and will go right for the links... Thats what I tried to work it, its nice looking...

You could always setup Wamp server and install wordpress on your local machine, its not rocket science and you could tweak all you want then when its done upload.

I always recommend Thesis... Search Engines love it for some reason, its supposed to be really customizable although I haven't gotten the hang of it yet I bet you could accomplish this with it though.

It will happen I mean G is like WOA WOA WOA WTF? Because a lot of codes on your site has changed... its a bot that reads your site after all so it doesn't really know what you changed all it knows is you need to be re-evaluated. Same thing happened to me when I changed link structure and A theme.

Yea I am gonna get it... so can't comment on capabilities QUITE yet but looks like those templates that you can setup... you can really make some attractive and human looking posts, take the time to set that all up and then start uploading it to all of your sites and BAM easy autoblogs.
