I currently have 2 networks that do Pay Per Call tech support, but the cap is fairly low at around 15cc and 40 calls per hour. I'd like to send more calls to other numbers. I'd like to add more numbers, but finding pay per call caps for US especially is just really hard.

Say if I have an enemy's Facebook secret key and app ID. What could I do with that? I know that facebook gives you an app ID and secret key, but I'm not sure what they are used for. I've never seen an API call that requires a secret key.

I'd like to start cloaking Facebook ads again, but don't know the best one. I tried NoIPFraud but it seems to not be going well as I'd like. Any better ones?

So last week, my page reach was at 44,000, then it started going down more and more, now it's down to 37k, and still dropping. My TAT isn't dropping as drastically, but is dropping but slowly. Now what happened was, I was only posting about 8-10 times a day and I was getting big time reach...

So I have a Facebook page that has good content that is updated 4-8 times a day (sometimes more). However, it only has ~510 likes (at this moment). It does, however, organically get 10-20 likes a day, and up to 100 likes a day if I send invitations. However, I think my page has the potential...
