If i bought a number of facebook likes to my business page, will it help to my website as far as google ranking is concerned?

Someone told me that if i have unique contents on website and i build links with more than 200 high DA PA sites, i can see my website on the first page of Google?. Is it true, or do i need more links. The keyword is highly competitive.

Most of you know about GSA search engine ranker tool. Just want to whether it is worth to buy?. Will it really help to my website to rank well in google. Will it provide High DA PA links?. I have heard that getting backlinks from High DA PA sites can boost your website ranking.
