I don't think Adnooka accepts fake files. Promoting Fake content with the network could put your account at risk eventually, which means you may not get your earnings. I am pretty sure most networks don't accept any Fake content because it can seriously damage advertiser relationships.

It's a great idea to split test networks and try them in order to find the one you like the best. I would not constantly change your network though, stick with the one that you perform the best on.
