if you had autoblogs (all same ip) -> different web 2.0s - > web 2.0 -> money site (same ip) will havving autoblogs on same ip and money site on same ip leave footprint? or alternative; autoblogs (same ip) then -> web2.0 -> web 2.0 -> money site (different ip) - be better?

does google discount links from backlinks from websites hosted on the same ip as the page linked to? or does only domain matter?

i always been taught to yuse exact match for keyword search and to get search data, but i was doing the market samurai tutorials and they say to use broad match as a default which is really better to use in kw research??
