i already posted on this forum about how my channel was terminated for a bad joke, from my understanding and what people told me i should be fine creating another channel with a different ip and without breaking any rule but in the youtube tos i found this : Posting previously removed content...

they banned my channel i can never create another one, if i use a vpn and create another channel with the same name as the other one is a problem? btw if somebody report me they can recognize my face and delete the new channel to? thank you for the help i really dont know how all this stuff works
