i already posted on this forum about how my channel was terminated for a bad joke, from my understanding and what people told me i should be fine creating another channel with a different ip and without breaking any rule but in the youtube tos i found this :

Posting previously removed content, or content from terminated or restricted creators

If you post content previously removed for violating our Terms of Service, content produced by creators with a current https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802032?hl=en&ref_topic=9387060, or content from creators who have been terminated under our Terms, the content may be removed, your account may be penalized, and in some cases your account may be terminated.

This means that if create videos and upload them through another channel of a friend, they can terminate that account just because it's me or i am reading this wrong?

Most probably the algorithm can recognize certain parts of the videos.
If you didn't edit them enough or at all, your statement is highly possible.

if there the same videos that got you banned to begin with
you can be banned again .

nono im not gonna upload the old videos, its a podcast im gonna be more careful on what i say hoping i dont get banned

Well, you have to edit the videos in a way in which even if something is a little bit too much for YT, to censure it, blur the video for a bit etc.
yes for sure im going to be careful on censor eveything that could go against the guidelines, i just wanted to know if just showing my face was enough to ban me

There will not be any problems if you are not uploading the kind of videos that got your channel terminated previously.

Well if you edit the video a bit you will be okay but if you dont do any modification to the video of course it will be detected and can affect your account

You can always try to contact YT support and ask them why exactly they have banned you.
Then, you can ask them for hints of what you can or can't do.

Most likely you will be terminated, its too risky because it is content from previous channel that got terminated. They might keep some fingerprint of the content in violation from the previously terminated channel.
even if i upload different type of videos? the previous one where a bit extreme with humour but now im gonna tone it down and be careful, and the channel is gonna be owned by a friend who doesnt live in my city, you think it's still likely to be terminated?

Here is a short answer for your doubt-

--If you reupload the old videos to the new channel it will get terminated.
--Never use the same Phone number for the channel - This is includes Recovery number, 2-step number and number used for verification and AdSense.
--Do not share the same AdSense - This will most likely terminate the channel.
--Most of the time YouTube does not care about IP address match but it is safe to use a new one.

-This statement usually is for large influencers which they manually find and remove.
-If you do not use any footage/clips or sources from previous channel you will be fine.

If you do not modify the video, there's just no way around it

@bruh420farm Any reason you are sticking to reuploading that video that caused you trouble last time? Even with edits it can invite a ban and no body can guarantee you for this.

Move on and invest your time and energy in creating more unique content. World is filled with numerous ideas.

Yes, you should be safe with creating new content and uploading in new channels. Just make sure you follow the advice that members above have given (like linking fresh ad sense, using different IP and device for new channel, using new email to create a channel, etc.)

Well I agree that You Tube can recognize your face and your identity in other videos.

But since face change surgeries are too costly so you do not have many other option left.

Go ahead and start a new You Tube channel with your same nice face but from a new device, ip and email.

You Tube had banned your video and channel, not you as a person. So you should be fine.

hahahahahah thank you is the sentence "content from creators who have been terminated under our Terms, the content may be removed, your account may be penalized, and in some cases your account may be terminated." that scares me
