I've made some sales on ebay and have some money built up in my paypal. The last thing I want to do is get limited so I am looking for some advice on how to withdraw the funds. Will requesting all the funds at once flag my account and potentially cause me to be limited? Thanks

I recently opened a new ebay and paypal account. I have sold several items. I have also received my paypal card and I tried to register it today and it asked for ssn, dob, etc. How can I get around this so that they don't link to an old account? Thanks, Dave
