Google Places Ranking
Does anyone here know how to push Google Places listings at the top of page 1 of Google. It seems the algorithm favors more reviews, pictures, videos, and listings elsewhere on other sites... Any more automated/ BH ways that actually work from actual experience? Thank you.- BlackFire

Cloaking or Redirecting in Facebook Ads
Does anyone know here how people are getting away with redirecting or cloaking with Facebook Ads? I see offers that must be working (I keep seeing them) and they definitely don't go to the display URL. I don't know how Facebook is not catching this, but I would like to do it myself. Any ideas...
