Ebay account got banned for dropshipping, any time a buyer opens a case, eBay automatically refunds him even though he's received item and ebay doesn't ask to return the item. Ebay refunds them from my paypal and driving it more and more negative.
Card on account is expired and I've changed...

not interested in selling, just buying. i got a new card number and added a family member (different name/address) as authorized user, and used their name/address/phone/email on account...
