My Facebook account stuck under verification

I can't access my ads account. That's why I can't access proper support. If I find anyone who has an active business and is running ads, they can help me by getting support from the ads account support system. Cause support agent in the ads account have more potential than the normal verified support agent.

IMO after this many days of waiting, I would start with a fresh new account and start building it from scratch.
 
Where exactly does it say “deactivated”—on your login screen or when someone views your profile? Could you share a screenshot with personal details hidden? That alone doesn’t establish what’s delaying verification.

I'm seeing a deactivate option in Meta Account Center. I can also see a reactivate option there. Because of the verification, it's blocking me from reactivating my account. If I could reactivate my account, I could access my Ads Center and support inbox. I believe reactivating my account will remove the stuck verification.
 
My first advice wasn't a joke, lost hundreds of accounts including WH/BH/GH, including personal accounts and so on.

The time you are wasting on here could of already been spend on having 3 new ad accounts up and running.

But move on, keep your momentum going just don't get stuck on ad account losses it happens to thousands of legit running people on a daily.

META DOESN'T CARE

I do truly hope you get it back but business isn't personal and you shouldn't be waiting for nobody.

If you don't believe me look at Reddit, a buddy of mine recently lost a millions in spend account on WHITE ECOM, but he never stopped running due to having other accts.

IT sucks yes, but it's been like this since the beginning of Facebook ads and now with their insane amount of human fires it's even worse
 
In my opinion, 45 days is quite a long time. I suggest trying to contact Meta through their official support channels—if you have access—and keeping a close eye on your email and other folders. Also, avoid submitting verification documents too many times, and steer clear of any third-party account-recovery services from unverified or dubious sources.
 
It is important to note that 45 days does not necessarily mean your account has been permanently disabled. It is possible that there is a backlog of verification files, an error in the review process, or that your verification request has not been handled correctly.
I advise against repeatedly submitting your identification documents, as doing so may further complicate the processing.
 
Have you checked for data mismatch? date of birth, name, and address on the fb profile does it match with the submitted documents you submitted.
 
You should try contacting them via live chat from a verified account, or better yet, create a new account and start over instead of wasting time waiting.
 
If your account has been under review for 45+ days, you should try Facebook's official recovery process again.

Since you've already submitted your ID, repeatedly sending the same documents may not help.

You can contact Meta Support through message and ask them; they will let you know directly whether this account can still be used.
 
45 days is far too long to wait for account verification. it usually only takes me 24h Could it be that your account has been hacked and someone is trying to prevent you from logging in?
 
try logging in from the device and browser you usually use, and check your spam folder in case you missed an update. You can also try contacting Meta through the Support Hub. wouldn't keep sending the same documents unless they ask for them again.
 
Thanks, everyone, for your support. I already talk to a Meta Support agent, honestly she was very expert. She explain me all problem why this happen.

The main reason of my verification has been stuck because of trying too many login attempt, that's why my account has been marked as spam and the review process has been stuck. I need to wait for the spamming cool down so the review process can be done. After that I will get mail or an update of my review via email or notification. Then I will be able to access my account again.

My account isn't disabled yet. If, after a long time, I don't get any update, I have to contact the Meta support team with the case ID, and they can help me as well.

45 days is definitely not normal, but unfortunately there isn’t any guaranteed method to speed up Facebook’s verification process. Submitting the same documents repeatedly can sometimes delay the review even more.

Try logging in from a device and internet connection you previously used for that account. You can also check the Support Inbox through another Facebook or Instagram account linked to the same Accounts Center. If you have access to Meta Verified support, contacting a real support agent there may be your best option.

Also, don’t pay anyone who claims they can “unlock” the account—most of them are scammers. If the identity and report forms aren’t working, wait a few days before trying again, clear your browser cache, or submit them from another browser or device.

Sadly, some people remain stuck on this screen for weeks or even months. Keep screenshots, confirmation emails, and your case number in case you manage to reach Meta support.
