Q: Do you send out reports?

Finally, we've done it. A full refresh of our PBN.
We've been running our PBN for more than 9 years now, and in all that time every site ran on WordPress. And yes, that worked well for a long while, but times change. Themes go out of date, get harder to maintain and start to look dated. Plugins collide, sites crash, and keeping a whole network healthy turned into constant patching, every week. It sucks.
JT mentioned in the PBN Guide here on BHW that we are looking into new builds back in 2025 -> see post. And the initial test went VERY well.
So over the past weeks we fully redesigned every site in the network from the ground up while keeping the same approach to footprints as before.
Here's what's new, and what it means for your placements.
What's new
- A new custom design for every site: each site has its own layout, colours, images, typography and widgets. No two sites look alike.
- No more WordPress: the sites now run on a modern setup that's more secure, noticeably faster and far more stable. There are no plugins to collide, no more database issues, no more block editor, no more REST.
- Fresher content: we refreshed every article, made it better, more digestible, more entity focused. We also added more topics to each site and published over 1000+ new informational posts across the whole network, each built around each site's respective topical graph.
- Faster processing of orders: We can now push content onto our sites much faster. No more issues with REST API. The struggle was real, but now it's over ;-)
- Faster deployment: We can now push new PBN builds into our network much faster, due to a complex framework that allows easy implementation. Oh, it's lovely.
