My Facebook account stuck under verification

Hello!

My personal Facebook account is stuck under verification page for more than 45 days. It's showing, 'unfortunately, you won't be able to access your account while we're reviewing these additional documents. We appreciate your patience, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.' I didn't get any update of this verification also confirm your identity & report an issue linked isn't working for me. Is there any way or method to solve this verification stuck issue? or anyone here face the same problem? I will be thankful if anyone can help me or guide me regarding this issue.

Two things worth trying through official channels: first, go through the guided "Help with uploading your ID" flow in Facebook's Help Center - it asks a few questions and points you to the right fix for ID verification problems, which may give you a different route than the broken links you're hitting. Second, watch the email address tied to the account, including spam, since review updates can arrive there. One caution: I'd be careful with anyone selling a paid "unlock" for a stuck verification. The review sits inside Meta, and what such a service could actually do for you is unclear at best.

I know I waited for that; it isn't going to work, but this is my only personal account, so I don't want to lose this. I contacted Meta human agent several times, but they said I have to wait until the verification process has been completed. They don't have a protocol to escalate this verification or let me access it instantly. So I was lookingforany method or channel that can help me to get my account back.
 
After 45 days, I'd try reaching Meta through the official support options available to your account and keep screenshots of the verification message. Avoid submitting different documents repeatedly unless requested, as that could complicate the review.

I tried, but the support team said my account is under review, so they can't do anything until the verification is complete.
 
You are probably screwed, and their support is just AI

I would say move on and make a new acc
 
Welcome to the meta ban club, I wouldn't wait for your account to come back.

While there is still some hope, It's most likely gone.

Even if you are trying to follow all their rules, with facebook ads you almost always need plan B (which is more accounts)

Support is almost none-existing, I assume in the future you don't want to keep waiting months to be back up and running?

It's just a sad reality.

If I don't get my account back, then I will boycott Meta permanently. But I will try as far as I can to get my account back. If I need to take legal action, I will. But if we give up, then the system will never change. My account is stuck in their system bug; they didn't clarify that my account is disabled or something, so they have to answer what's happening here.

Legal action, ok buddy goodluck with that.

Giving up on Meta permanently due to a account ban, you might as well stop running paid ads all together.

They don't have to do a thing, you are a nobody to them.

it is quite a while since u have been under review.i would not submit the same documents again but save the screenshots of the status nd confirmation message.if nothing is happening through usual links, u can use other browsers or devices to access support services.have u received any conffirmation of document submission?

No, I didn't receive any mail about my document submission. The support service isn't working.

45 days seems harsh, especially bcz the recovery links are not working either.i would first check the original email to see if theres an update from meta nd open the verification page using a different web browser.if not, then it is best to get in contact with an official source of support.did u submit ur government ID or other documenttation?
 
choppy waters with meta. i really hope you win cause that is beyond frustrating.

I've checked email, spam, and also checked after logging into the account, but there is no update. I tried from another browser also, but the result is same. I submitted my government ID. I also contact offical support source but every time their agent said that my account is still under review and they can't do anything because it is under manual review. I tried to escalate my issue, but they said they can't do anything in this case. So if I could find any stronger support system or method to escalate my problem, maybe there can be an outcome. I wish I could visit their office and ask them to solve my issue.

your best option is accessing live support through a meta verified profile or an active BM live chat to have an agent manually release the checkpoint

This has been ongoing for quite some time now nd it look like there will be no help forthcoming from the support team.
have you tried reaching out to them via live chat using your verified account or is the problem consistent across all channels?
 
I think facebook verification issues can be frustrating, especially when the process takes longer than expected.

I’d suggest checking if Facebook has requested any additional information and making sure the details you submitted are correct.
Sometimes it just takes time, but if it’s been stuck for several days, contacting Meta support may be worth trying.

I contacted the Meta support team, but every time they replied that my account is under review and they can't do anything about this issue. They don't have the protocol to release the checkpoint or do a manual review of my account. But I believe that they don't want to do that, or I failed to connect with the exact support team. Last night I figured out one thing, maybe the verification process got stuck because my account is showing as deactivated, and I can't reactivate it by logging in. If I'm able to reactivate my account, then the verification process will be short.

If my account were disabled, I would be able to recover it in the next several days, but the status of my account is complicated.

I can't access my ads account. That's why I can't access proper support. If I find anyone who has an active business and is running ads, they can help me by getting support from the ads account support system. Cause support agent in the ads account have more potential than the normal verified support agent.
