Considering that you are aware of the process of creating PBN links i would recommend you to understand how various off page techniques impact rankings and try them out on a smaller project initially Black hat SEO may sometimes deliver fast results but it also involves a certain risk of facing rankings issues.

I entirely understand the risks included with Black Hat SEO, and testing smaller dummy projects initially makes overall sense.
To give you a bit more context regarding my model: my clients run quick-money/short-term online businesses where the main goal is fast money making. We are looking for fast rankings-- ideally within 7 to 15 days (or max 20 days). Even if the website only stays ranked for 2 to 3 months before Google hits it with an algorithmic update or manual penalty, that is totally acceptable for this business model.
I have a quick question regarding this process:
Can we achieve these ultra-fast 7-- 15 day rankings totally through Black Hat Off-Page SEO methods (like aggressive link building/manipulative methods), or is there something specific we must also implement on On-Page SEO, indexing techniques, or technical manipulation to trigger such fast signals?
Would love to hear your thoughts or any type of specific methods you would certainly recommend for this fast-turnaround setup. Many thanks!

since you already build pbns, i would suggest learning how to test things on your own sites first. start with one niche and try different approaches while tracking what actually works. just be careful with quick ranking tricks because what works for one site might completely fail on another. testing and keeping records will teach you more than blindly following someone's method.

You're already building PBNs, I'd suggest learning how different black-hat techniques work together rather than jumping between random methods. I'm curious, though, which techniques are still working for you in 2026 without getting sites penalized? I'd be interested in hearing some real-world case studies.

Read on internet.
Don't expect or don't ask or don't try to buy courses or anything everythng is well documented here and internet. Don't try to outsource just learn and buy tools you need it's 100% wise and better move than buying courses .. special methods etc
Also don't get fooled for past or old posts that they don't have any value or outdated. Black hat nor gray hat or white hat the strategies are not dieing the workflow may so choose few strategies and decide with what you continue after everything if you are new
Whenver you build PBN my biggest advice don't use or connect with google search console or don't use Gmail etc. Get a portable browser or stealth browser with a data center proxy ( cause its cheap and its going to use only for a site ) and setup clouflair to mask finger prints as much possible cause google doesn't like many sites from a same owner
If you are super new try to build some free hosting sites from wordpress , google scripts , reddit sub etc ... don't fall for d0 follow n0 follow crap as both value so most important is building permanat properties
Then build tier 2 with a tool . Don't outsouce backlinks specially if you are new try to do everything youself .. it doesnt mean that you going to never outsource but you have to learn and get the idea what you are dealing before outsource. Use agents / bots instead

Mate, start by studying real case studies on seo forums, test techniques on your own sites, and learn from both wins and failures.

Agreed. I think testing and tracking results is the best way to figure out what actually works. I'm going to start keeping proper records instead of jumping between different methods.
I've noticed people talking about this too. I'm curious whether those pages are holding their positions or just getting an initial boost. Have you seen any examples that stayed on page one for a while?

True mate. I think the failures are just as important as the successful case studies. I'll focus on understanding what was tested and why it worked or failed instead of just copying the steps.
