Hiring freelancers: Where's the best places to find freelancers for general social media outreach?

I'm not making this post as an advertisement to find freelancers for social media work. I wanted to create a discussion on the best places to search either here or elsewhere to find reliable freelancers to join my (growing fast) new software venture for:

1) general social media outreach (Reddit, fb, X) -- someone with experience managing dozens of social media accounts at a time (e.g., using GoLogin)
2) more advanced B2B outreach with Apollo/Instantly.

Are the best places: Fiver, Upwork, subreddits, etc. ? Any thoughts?

Agree with romero217411 that targeting and the message matter more than running many accounts. For Reddit, Facebook and X outreach specifically, the best results usually come from reaching people who are already asking for what you sell, not cold lists. When you hire, test candidates on that: give them one niche and a day, and ask for 20 real posts or threads from the last week where someone asks for a recommendation, with a one-line draft reply for each. That shows quickly if they can find intent and write like a person. Pay for the test, since it is cheap compared with a bad hire. If you want to see who is any good, hire two people for a week each and compare reply rates before committing. There is also a tool, BuyerSpotter, that flags posts where someone asks for a recommendation, which can help with the finding part.

For me here and Upwork are the best places to manage general social media outreach.
