Seeking Advice on Hosting own website for adult content

hello everyone
i am working on the adult content method via adult forums by posting with linkvertise shoretned links.

now the thing is, since the forum is not mine, i can get banned anytime and also some forums get down randomly. also social medias chanel like telegram and discord also have ban risk while posting on it.

so i was thinking about building and hosting my own website where i will post adult content on. i have seen many people have their own website, so i am basically seeking advice as a beginner to find a good but cheapest hosting and which template/theme would be good for adult contents?

i seek all time of guidelines and advices to properly have a own website from experienced people.

now, actually, it is better to check the terms for hosting first before making payment since not all cheap host providers allow hosting of adult content. creating websites using wordpress will be a great way to start. backup on some other site can also be useful in many ways.

There are special anti‑abuse hosting services.
 
Definitely prioritize an adult friendly host, as you don't want your account to get terminated.

I could recommend a higher level setup, but for a start up basic site - the best probably to check the hosting directory here.

Just read the fine print and keep in mind that the promotional price may only be valid for the first year or so, then it auto-renews at a regular / higher price.
And make sure that the package includes all the necessary stuff such as SSL certificates etc. and includes a simple way to install and run what you need.

Cheap packages are more likely to get performance issues as these tend to get the least priority on the typical host's customer list, and are often oversold.
But for a basic site like this - may be sufficient.
 
i'd start with wordpress and a lightweight theme instead of spending money on a custom site. the main thing is finding a host that explicitly allows legal adult content, since cheap hosting won't help much if they suspend you later. also, if you're planning to upload videos directly, storage and bandwidth costs can add up pretty fast. are you planning to host the actual videos or just post previews with links?

sir my plan is to only post content on the side as grid layout, no dedicated page for each post. when someone will click on a post it will redirect to content shortned link. i will be only host the thumbnails, thats it.

can you give me any idea about this setup? like what hosting to chose and more please?
 
I’d recommend checking out KVS (Kernel Video Sharing) for the backend. You can get a custom theme built for your needs or buy a ready made one if you want a more budget friendly option.

ah got it, if you're only hosting thumbnails and sending visitors straight to shortened links, you really don't need expensive hosting. i'd start with a basic shared hosting plan. hostinger could be worth checking since they allow legal adult content, but i'd confirm your exact setup with support first. for the site itself, wordpress with a simple gallery plugin that supports external links should do the job. each thumbnail can link directly to your shortened url without needing a separate post page. just make sure the images are optimized so the grid loads fast on mobile, and check that both your host and link shortener allow this kind of content. how many thumbnails are you planning to add initially?
 
WordPress is probably the easiest starting point, but check the host’s adult-content policy before paying; a cheap shared host is useless if they suspend your site once you start getting traffic.

I know AlexHost is good and affordable.

I'm dealing with more of a high-level hosting (dedicated and more), so no first-hand experience with smaller / start up plans anymore

For a starting up type of a hosting, maybe the best to check the directory here
