the device is the easy part honestly, the ip is what actually decides if the accounts live. most cloud phone setups hand you a shared exit so you end up with 20 accounts sitting behind the same footprint even tho each one looks like a diffrent handset. if you go that route budget for your own sticky mobile proxy per device and keep that ip glued to that device long term, thats what stopped mine from dropping. worth asking any provider how many clients sit on the same subnet before you pay

Look for reputable device-farm providers offering physical phones and dedicated, stable connections, and test uptime and latency before committing long term.

are you looking to remotely control actual physical phones or do you just need mobile IPs from those countries? quite a big difference. if you need real phones i'd check whether each device is dedicated to you, what carrier it uses and whether you keep access to the same device between sessions.
