Dont do that. You are just limiting your potential. First grab-all then limit if people are only there to look at specific content. My plan is to stick with one small niche

Hey I've got some questions you may be able to help with can you please send me a PM?I’ve been working with tube sites uploads for a long time, so let me share some real hands-on experience:
Content sources
Most people recycle material that’s already out there (torrents, free forums, telegram groups, leaks). In 2025 the competition there is insane. One solid alternative is to buy legal content directly from adult content providers. For a few bucks you can get videos that are legally acquired, add your own watermark or intro, cut them into shorter clips, and then push them across the web without worrying about copyright issues.
Best Tube sites
The big players like XVideos and xHamster always bring the most raw traffic, but your content can easily get buried there. Mid-tier sites like Eporner, SpankBang, or niche-specific tubes often deliver a much better views → conversions ratio. The key is not to stick with just 2–3 platforms, but to spread across dozens or even hundreds of tubes.
Personally, I use Tube Sites Submitter, which has a database of 280+ adult tube sites and lets you create unlimited profiles and upload videos to all of them. It saves me a massive amount of time, and without a tool like this it wouldn’t be possible to operate at scale.
Monetization
Smartlinks are the easiest way to start, but the traffic quality is pretty low. CPA (especially cams and dating) converts best this year; paysites are less effective. Revshare can still work, but it’s more of a long-term play.
Upload volume & workflow
Uploading just 2–3 videos a day won’t really move the needle. What matters is consistency and scale. Serious players go 20–50 uploads per day across multiple profiles and platforms. I handle this with Tube Sites Submitter, which lets me manage dozens of profiles and mass-upload videos across sites. Without automation, it’s simply not sustainable — you’d burn out quickly.
Branding
With a watermark, you can promote either your own tube sites or something like a cam site — it’s up to you what you put there. It’s actually a very solid marketing move because those videos will circulate online for years, constantly generating backlinks. They basically keep spreading for free. A simple watermark or intro with your link might not bring explosive growth overnight, but long term it builds steady traffic and strengthens your brand.
How not to burn out
The key is to have a system. You need tools that automate the work, otherwise it’s impossible to handle at scale. Personally, I use 5 different tools that fully automate my workflow — thanks to that, I can manage tons of profiles, uploads, and even my own tube sites (I run around 200 of them right now).
with videos of other real models? i don't think so my brother. The major sites right now just doesn't allow you to upload videos from other people without asking you for kyc first.Bump. I’m interested in this method. I have a whole Seagate drive full of downloaded Porn videos. And I’ve also edited several videos myself using the videos I have in order to make remixes or combine multiple videos to create montages, etc. I really wanna know if I can monetize this skill I’m already doing.
Thank you!
Yes, other real models. That I’ve downloaded mainly from Spankbang and Eporner. I’m trying to learn about CPA and Smartlinks (like Crakrevenue and Lospollos) as this seems to be the most talked about method to monetize adult content. I appreciate your input.with videos of other real models? i don't think so my brother. I'm currently working in a method to go around this in sites like p*rnhvb, but i need a little investment to get to the final stages of it.
Where did you get the reddit accounts?I am looking to start my first adult tube. My plan is to stick with one small niche and use reddit as the first source of traffic. I'm reading about this for a while and I will probably go with KVS for $99 a month, I like ava.hosting for offshore vpshosting and domain with whois privacy. Monetization through exoclick and lospollos, but I will also look for some options related to my niche as well. I have 10-20 reddit accounts, some are aged, some fresh with minimum 100 comment karma. Since it's my first serious NSFW project, I will need to gather much more informations before I jump in, since I will be paying few hundred bucks a month for services and need to start monetizing the traffic quickly.
most people i know that are currently working with CPA offers and smartlinks are using animated/3D type of content to ru ntheir offers, mainly because they can't get around the restrictions from the sites to publish the content from other real models.Yes, other real models. when it comes to PH in particular it will let slide a lot whne it comes to AI content as long as you don't do realistic stuff. It always has to be something on the lines of animated type of things.I see. So like the verification of the models in videos and such? Ok, so by animated/3D, does AI count? And what are non-censored AI generators to do the work in? Obviously stuff like Nano Banana 2 and Veo 3 won't let you run adult content.
I appreciate your feedback. Should I create an intro for the videos I edit? Or just let the videos start? How about an outro? And a watermark sounds fine. As far as monetization, I’m trying to decide between CPA, Telegram/Patreon, and my own tube site. The idea of the tube site is that the videos I upload to XVideos would be shorter versions, and they would need to go through the paywall to unlock the full video on my site. Just trying to weigh the options here!If youre doing this actually seriously and proffessioanl , I think the biggest thing is finding a workflow you can actually sustain instead of just trying to upload as many videos as possible that seems counterproductive. Also bro be careful with the content source. Make sure you actually have the rights to upload and monetize what you’re using because getting traffic from a video isn’t much use if the account keeps getting copyright complaints or removed or banned in the long run.
Pick a small number of platforms and track the whole funnel rather than just views. Views, profile clicks, outbound clicks and actual conversions will tell you which sites are worth your time test the branding too. A simple watermark or consistent identity can help people recognize your uploads, but I wouldn’t make the videos feel like ads from the first second wouldn’t assume more uploads automatically means more money. If 20 uploads bring less revenue than 5 better targeted ones, the extra work is just noise
