Hello,

I’d like to know what kind of backlinks work best for ranking a post created using parasite SEO.

I’ve heard that quality doesn't matter and it's just a matter of blasting out thousands of cheap backlinks and using cheap PBNs, but I’m not sure if that still works.

Is the right move to build high-quality backlinks instead? CTR? Sending social signals?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I’d focus on relevant, indexed backlinks with solid link placement rather than blasting thousands of cheap links. yep.. pbns move the needle but results be vary, so I’d test placements first and track ranking changes before scaling. Alwys quality and relevance over raw volume cheap links only make sense if the results justify the spend.

In fact, I would test some backlinks before spending money on thousands of cheap backlinks. Some backlinks from PBN could rank my site, but I would try to test it first.

in my opinion, while spamming thousands of worthless backlinks could offer some short-term benefits, it can wear off quickly. it would be better to concentrate on quality backlinks and mentions in the first place and see how that works with your ranking.

Blast tier 2 links with gsa or rankerx first and send some cheap traffic or social signals to index them, quality backlinks are wasted directly on parasites since you just want sheer volume to push the high authority page up.

Volume may have a short-term effect on some parasite sites, but at the moment it is rather random. I would first try out on a sample set and check the rankings changes after that.

I wouldn’t just blast thousands of cheap links or rely on PBNs. I’d focus more on relevant backlinks and see how the page responds. Social traffic can bring visitors, but I wouldn’t count on CTR or social signals alone to improve rankings.

Don't blast cheap links just because the post is hosted on a high authority platform and there might be a chance to get removed.

You can build relevant, quality backlinks and natural anchor text, then monitor indexing and ranking changes before scaling up. CTR and social signals can be tested, but focus first on the content, competition, and links.

Blasting thousands of links sounds like a good way to burn a page you don't even own lol. Before spending on backlinks check if the parasite page is indexed and already getting impressions. If it is test a few relevant links first and see if rankings move.
Wouldn't waste money on fake ctr or social signals

Blasting thousands of links at a parasite page is the fastest way to lose it. The page sits on someone else's domain, so the host's spam team sees the link spike too, and one removal takes the page and every link you pointed at it. What decides the result is getting the page indexed and keeping it alive, not link volume. Keep it to a small number of links that look like normal references to the content, and skip social signals, there's nothing solid behind them. Quiet beats loud on someone else's domain.

It really depends on how volatile the parasite is. Some platforms will delete quickly (profiles, forum posts, some web2.0 etc), the ones that have been placed 'sneakily' can last a lot longer, and paid placements should have some degree of stability. If you're expecting your parasite to last a week then there is really no point in backlinking, but if you think it can last a few weeks minimum then this is when you should build to it. I would only go for 'high-quality' backlinks if you can get the urls and anchors pointed elsewhere at a later date, as they'll be pointing to a dead or deleted page sooner or later.

The fastest way to lose a parasite is for it to be successful in a competitive SERP, and that is because your competitors will report it. But that is part of the parasite ecosystem - all things are temporary. Being 'quiet' means not ranking.

In my experience, relevant, high quality backlinks with strong topical relevance work better than blindly blasting thousands of cheap links.

I’d focus on a mix of quality links, internal linking and natural CTR/social engagement signals, then test and scale what moves rankings.

The host pages authority and indexing come first. I would build relevant tier 1 links, use tier 2 selectively, and focus on anchor diversity rather than blasting thousands of cheap links.

CTR and social signals are better treated as supporting factors, not ranking shortcuts.

Blasting thousands of links at a parasite page also risks getting it deleted by the host. Then all that spend goes down with it.

Which is what eventually happens to a parasite anyway...

There's a distinct lack of balls in this thread.

Before building backlinks i would check how stable the hosting platform is there is little point investing in links if the page gets removed later.

Not a good idea to blast your site with cheap links
It's better to wait and build few links at a time

Blasting cheap ass churn-and-burn tier-2 links used to work, but Google's spam algo nukes that shit overnight now

i wouldnt blast thousands of cheap links at it. you might see a jump at first, but it can also go nowhere. so start with a few relevant links from pages that are already getting traffic. also depends on the platform you're publishing on and how competitive the keyword is. what kind of parasite page are you trying to rank?
