Does anyone else find it really time-consuming to search for guest post opportunities that actually meet your needs? How are you handling this?

I do a fair amount of link building, and the part that eats most of my time isn't the writing, it's finding the right sites. I need niche relevance, real organic traffic, and a reasonable price, and it's rare to get all three without digging through dozens of options.

How are you all dealing with it? Any workflow, tool, or source you'd recommend?

It used to take up quite a bit of my time, but after working on this for a while, I’ve built a list of websites in the same niche. Now, whenever I need to, I can quickly get in touch with them without wasting time searching.

If you are looking for a small number of guest posts, you can easily find them in online groups. However, if you need a large volume without spending too much time, you might want to explore marketplaces.

Competitor backlink research can save a lot of time since it gives you sites that are already linking to similar content.

From there, filter by relevance, traffic, and quality before contacting them. It’s usually faster than searching for random guest post sites.

same problem until i stopped searching for everything. i only hand pick the few sites that link to the money site, maybe 5 a quarter, and the rest of the links go at buffer pages, built with software off a verified list. that part takes no searching at all. the hours went from finding 50 sites to finding 5
