actually the customer doesn't see the dummy product details if you set it up right. you use an API integration so the checkout fields are embedded on your replica site, but the payment data gets routed through the dummy store backend. on the customer's bank statement it just shows whatever clean name you set up for the dummy domain.
high risk processors are an option at 30k but honestly most of them will bend you over with 10% to 15% rolling reserves and crazy setup fees. cloaking with multiple stripe or paypal accounts is still the standard for reps, you just have to accept that burning accounts is part of the business model and always have backups warmed up and ready to go.

With 30K monthly volume and working in high risk niche shopify ban you as it terms conflict with terms and condition. you should look for payment processor that support you replica niche specifically. or try renal service they use cloaking method and hide your actual website while payment.
Replica store with shopify payment sure it gonna ban as mainstream provider does not support replica products. You niche is high risk and you need a payment gateway the support you niche with high risk there are many provider that are doing high risk you just need to compare all and go with the one that is most suitable for you

at $30k+/month volume, cloaking alone isn't a permanent bulletproof fix because chargebacks or manual reviews will eventually flag the account. The most sustainable way to protect that volume is using cloaking combined with account rotation
cloaking in simple terms, you show stripe a clean boring website and your customers see the real store. stripe thinks theyre buying phone cases or whatever. thats literally it. just dont cheap out on the clean site, if it looks fake theyll nuke the account in a week
