Sometimes PayPal asks no questions when I take someone's phone and make a new account. But when it's a new phone, PayPal gets stubborn sometimes. I don't wanna take that chance.

My theory is that PayPal sniffs phone-wide data to see if that stuff matches the info youre giving them...

Is there something I should do in my phone before creating a PP account?

If you guys have any info regarding this subject, it'd be much appreciated

Help me out here dammit

Yes, because they’re protecting an already established account from account takeovers. Established accounts may have transaction history, linked financial information, or other valuable access, so they can receive additional security checks when something looks unusual. I think there's no workaround than just completing the account verification.

I’m in the need of a PayPal account and due to country restrictions it’s impossible to me to create one account or use one.

Is there any trick? Besides using a residential IP/VPN

my entire market depend on paypal and my country doesnt offer buisness paypal so whenever i hire someone or purchase it asks photo id kind of things and it allows only to submit via phone i leave 8000$ 12000$ per month due to that lol

You should find a solution to that.
