I would personally recommend you to start with keywords and titles also use the main keyword naturally in your Pin title and description then organize Pins into relevant boards and keep it simple at first and focus on creating useful Pins consistently.

You can start with keywords first, then use them naturally in your pin titles, descriptions, and relevant boards.
Don’t overthink the descriptions though. Good keywords + relevant boards + consistent pinning is a good starting point.

I wouldnt worry about the boards right away. Find some keywords that have pinterest traffic and then build the pin’s title and description accordingly.

Choose a niche and create a board for it. After creating the board focus on posting pins consistently with their proper hashtags and grouping them under the same board. After you have a couple of thousands views you can start thinking on how to monetize your pins and channel. Good luck!
