hi everyone. I have decided to create an account on instagram which I will try to grow mostly organically, my personal goal is about 2k followers before the new year. Although, I am quite stuck in terms of understanding what is the meta in this niche.
I am looking for some advice on how to grow a meme page which primarily focuses on reposting popular funny clips and brainrot-ish content, similar to the pages which are in abundance all on instagram (eg. image attached). Few thing I have personally understood are as follows, all these accounts follow a mostly strict guideline about their posts - short-form videos with something silly, drastic or hilarious happening in them. In rare cases they happen to post some sort of video edits of celebs or footballers. Additionally they also use the same caption for the videos. They might mix it up once in a while, but it's mostly the same texts. Lastly, I have also noticed that they all use just one cover for all the videos they have on their account. Now that I am finished with describing all of this, Some of their results are beyond my understanding. It's not shown here in the image, but today I found an account that consistently hit 3mil on views through and through the entire summer (the timeline I tracked). What piece(s) of the puzzle am I missing? Am I just supposed to spam upwards of 30 to 40 videos a day and hope for the best? (something I have seen on the account I mentioned previously).
All advice is welcome!
Thank u all
