Hello,
You scammed me. I topped up my balance on your site (blackhatlinks.com), received two emails from Confirmo. This is the only crypto payment method you have, and then they sent my refund to a wrong wallet address. This is straight-up theft.
Return my money to my actual wallet immediately, or I am going straight to the authorities and reporting your site for fraud everywhere I can.
Fix this now. Public invoice: https://pay.confirmo.com/public/invoice/invX33bDUfVM38Z?m=merpoe7lyd0w&lang=en (Look - there are refund requested to the wrond crypto adress). Do you think I’m slandering you? No—you’re using a payment gateway that scammed me out of 1,000 euros, so technically, you’re a scammer too.
Hello,
We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that no one has scammed you or stolen your money, and your funds are not lost.
Here is exactly what happened:
- How Crypto Refunds Work: When a crypto payment is refunded, automated processors like Confirmo automatically bounce the funds back to the exact wallet address that originally sent the payment.
- Where Your Money Is: According to Confirmo and the blockchain records (TxID: befc735086427c0644a631bebc4329f9c1ea6b4c60b0292bfc9ce5a366325d11), the funds were successfully returned to the original sending address. If you initiated this payment directly from a central crypto exchange (such as Binance, Coinbase, KuCoin, Kraken, etc.) rather than a private, self-custody wallet (like Trust Wallet or MetaMask), the money was returned to the exchange's master wallet, not your personal account deposit address.
How to get your money back:
Your funds are currently sitting at your exchange awaiting manual assignment to your account. You simply need to contact your exchange's support team to have them credit your account balance:- Open a support ticket with the crypto exchange or app you used to pay.
- Provide them with the refund TxID (Transaction Hash):
befc735086427c0644a631bebc4329f9c1ea6b4c60b0292bfc9ce5a366325d11 - Tell them: "An automated payment bounce was sent back to your master wallet address via this TxID. Please credit this transaction to my account."
Please reach out to your exchange support with that TxID, and they will be able to locate and credit your €1,000. If you need any official transaction details from our end to assist your ticket with them, please let us know and we will happily provide them.
Best regards,
If you have any further questions fell free.
Cheers
