Hi,

Lately I have been wondering whether Telegram Ads are becoming more competitive than they were a year ago.

For those actively advertising on the platform, have you noticed any major changes in traffic quality, costs, or overall campaign performance?

Would love to hear what you're seeing.

Yeah it's feel more crowed than it was a year ago. The traffic is still good, but you can't just throw up a campaign and expect it to work.

These days I spend a lot more time testing channels because what worked a few months ago doesn't always work now.

Yeah telegram ads are becoming more competitive nowadays. Costs have skyrocketed and don't bring too much traffic at this time.

What you feel is true, but it's still useful for fully targeted ad spaces. So if you know what you are doing, I think it will yield.

Best,

Yes, Telegram ads have become more competitive as more businesses are using the platform. Costs have increased in many niches, but with the right targeting, they can still deliver good results.

I have also noticed the same. Telegram ads costs seem less predictable now, so testing and optimization matter more than ever.

I’m still new to Telegram Ads, so I’m trying to understand how the pricing works. Is there a fixed cost for running an ad, or can the price change depending on the audience you want to reach?

I’m new to Telegram Ads as well. From what I understand, there isn’t one fixed price. It can depend on the audience and the ad placement, so the cost may be different for each campaign.

I’m still getting familiar with Telegram Ads, so I don’t have much experience with it yet. But it does seem like there are quite a few things to understand before you can really tell whether a campaign is working well or not.

I’m still new to Telegram Ads, so I’m wondering about this.
Can the same ad work well for a long time, or does its performance usually drop after running it for a while?

It is important to launch at least 5–6 alternative ads and analyze the performance of each.

I’m still pretty new to Telegram Ads, so one thing I’m curious about is timing. For example, if I run the same ad at different times of the day, could the results be very different? I haven’t tested this enough yet, but I wonder if timing makes much difference.

Costs can vary a lot by niche and audience, so I’d compare CPM, subscriber quality and conversions over a few weeks rather than judging by clicks alone.

I guess choosing the right audience is trickier than it looks lol. You can have the same budget but get pretty different results depending on who you're trying to reach. Still learning how much audience choice affects the cost.

Telegram Ads can eat through a budget pretty fast Getting clicks feels good until you realize nobody is actually buying anything. I guess the real challenge is finding an audience
that’s worth spending on.

I wonder if smaller advertisers are feeling the competition more than bigger ones. When your budget is limited, every little mistake probably feels a lot more expensive.

CPM rates are definitely rising across popular niches as more crypto and forex advertisers bid up impression costs, so your best bet to keep cpcs down is moving away from broad targeting and buying direct ad placements on micro-tier channels instead.

Running ads sounds easy until you start checking the results and suddenly have a hundred questions lol I feel like the learning part can take just as much effort as setting up the campaign itself.

Sometimes I wonder if we focus so much on the numbers that we forget to look at the ad itself You can keep checking stats all day, but maybe the message just isn't catching people's attention. Figuring that out is easier said than done, lol.
