Should I Keep Posting Daily If One of My TikTok Videos Is Already Trending?

Hello, if I were you, I would keep posting videos on TikTok, since you already have one video that has become popular, and the TikTok algorithms will start promoting it. It’s also possible that people will visit your profile and watch it.

yeah, def keep posting more but pace yourself. Keep it around one or 2 videos a day, and post around the same time slots to get consistent views

In fact I would use the viral post as the indicator of the next one. Just find out which topic or angle attracts the people most and publish a video on that.
 
I wouldn’t stop posting just because one video is trending. If your usual schedule works, keep it consistent and let each video perform independently. Your competitors’ results suggest posting frequency itself isn’t necessarily limiting the previous video’s reach.
 
Yes you have to make sure that, your account should not look inactive. Simply you can automate this easily.
 
i’d keep posting daily rather than waiting for the trending video to finish its push TikTok can distribute multiple videos independently so a new upload doesn’t necessarily stop the previous one from getting views

I would just keep on posting tbh . Just because one video goes viral does not necessarily means that the other one can not be pushed at the same time.
 
i’d keep posting daily unless you have clear data showing the new upload consistently hurts the previous video’s reach TikTok can push multiple videos at the same time so I wouldn’t pause a working posting schedule just to protect one trending video

i would stay with your usual posting schedule. just bcz one of ur videos has gone viral does not mean that tiktok will no longer distribute your other posts, each indiviidual post will get tested out on its own. i would alter ur posting schedule only if the numbers say otherwise.

Just keep posting. Your further posts will also get better engagement because of your already-trending content.
 
if you've found a pattern for your content that works and starts trending, just double down on it and post more of it consistently dont break the schedule. this will train the algo to build reliability and a stronger content creator profile.
 
From what I’ve seen, I wouldn’t stop posting just because one video is trending. TikTok seems to evaluate each video independently, so a new upload doesn’t necessarily stop the previous one from being pushed.

If your competitors are consistently posting while getting 20M+ views, that’s a good indication that daily posting can work. I’d probably keep the normal schedule and monitor whether the new uploads actually affect the older video’s reach. If there’s a noticeable drop, then testing a longer gap could make sense.

I’d test both approaches for a couple of weeks and compare total views, not just the performance of the individual trending video.
