Ways to send email/sms without KYC and DOI

I have a large user database compiled from my own traffic on Facebook and TikTok, but there is no user confirmation for the newsletter. How can I set up a database like this?

The main issue here is not KYC or DOI, but consent. If users didn't agree to receive marketing emails/SMS, most reputable providers will have a problem with the list. You can still use those services that can send the emails for you.

For future traffic, add a clear email/SMS opt-in while collecting the data.

hm if there's no consent i would not send to that list better to get proper otp in first and use a compliant email or sms provider which works best
