Google Chrome marked my new domain (expired) as Dangerous

i just got what I thought was a great domain and it is marked as DANGEROUS by chrome, maybe it has even GSC penalty, I dont know that yet. Any tips how to recover from this? Other than that this domain has great pontetial. And the reason for that was "phishing" I beleive. I want to run a legit site on this domain.

i would not go ahead to alter the whole website just bcz chrome is giving the message. in case of an exppired domain, it might have been passed on as a result of previous usage. first i would analyze the history nd files that are currentlly contained in the domain using google’s security checker.
