40x ROAS in Week One: Inside a Live Account's First Month
This is Part 1 of 4 — real-time, weekly documentation of a live account's first month post-launch.
Here's how we actually run an account, not just the highlight reel. One account, one month, and weekly updates from inside the account. All the numbers and decisions as they happen, live. Both the good and bad as they come.
This is Week 1, published before we know how it ends.
This month: a new EU peptides and wellness e-commerce brand, brought on with an expedited onboarding timeline and an aggressive scale target from day one.
INSIDE THE ACCOUNT
What ZP's team did in Week 1:
- Launch. Germany-first on Meta, August 27 — Feed + Story, ages 25-60
- Compliance. Category is Meta-restricted, so every copy line went through compliance review before launch
- QA. Caught and fixed one translation error pre-launch
- Risk Management. Client requested a creative variant our review flagged as ban-risk. We held it — pending sign-off, even against client pressure. Reasoning: a suspended account helps no one, especially a client trying to scale fast
PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD
THE SCOREBOARD
Purchase Ad Set
- Spend: $180.57
- Purchases: 12
- Cost per purchase: $9.33
- ROAS: 40x
Add to Cart Ad Set
- Spend: $65.04
- Add to Carts: 213
- Cost per Add to Cart: $0.31
Biggest hurdle: a flagged creative and a client push to run it anyway. We held the line, compliance stayed clean, and the account still delivered a strong first week.
Stay tuned — Week 2 drops next.
