⭐ Facebook & Google Agency Ad Accounts ⭐ GAMBLING, NUTRA, CRYPTO, ECOMM ✅ 24/7 Slack support ‍❤️‍ no cloaking needed ⏩ 0-7% Adspend fee!

Hi, thanks for the detailed message.

Yes, we can support this type of Meta iGaming / sports betting setup, including multiple websites and higher-volume scaling.

For your questions:

  1. Direct-to-WhatsApp campaigns can be used, but for iGaming this is still a higher-risk setup, so no provider can realistically guarantee that an account will never be restricted. What we do is provide stronger agency infrastructure, multiple accounts in parallel and replacements so you are not dependent on a single account.
  2. If an ad account or related asset gets restricted, we can provide replacements according to the package. We can also process the withdrawal of the remaining balance from the affected account and move you to a new one. Standard replacement ETA is usually around 1 business day, depending on Meta’s current risk-control situation.
  3. Yes, we can provide the full browser/setup infrastructure as well - personal profiles, BMs, proxies, cookies/browser environment, ID/selfie verification handling when required, ad accounts and ongoing support.

We can also provide pre-approved Meta iGaming accounts for up to 54 supported countries, depending on the GEOs you need.
Thanks for the clear breakdown.

Let's proceed with onboarding. Please message me the complete pricing breakdown along with the Telegram/Slack handle to connect with your team for account setup.

DO you have Snapchat accs for Igaming? which country available on your account?
thanks

Yes we do Ad accounts on SNAP for iGaming:

Hi,

We don’t provide any illegal money-making methods or strategies.

What we do at Laurel Agency is rent/provide advertising infrastructure, mainly Meta/Facebook Agency Ad Accounts, Business Managers, account setups, top-ups, replacements, and support for businesses that already have their own product, service, or offer.

So if you already have a business and need reliable ad accounts to run paid advertising, we can help. But we don’t provide tactics for making money or illegal methods.

I want to document my experience with this agency so that other people can make their own decision before sending them money.

I joined their service because I needed Meta ad accounts. Before proceeding, I was told that delivery would take a maximum of 24 hours.

I purchased their package, which cost me around $1,000 just to join the agency/service. I then requested 6 ad accounts and was required to top up my balance in order to place the order. In total, I deposited more than $2,200.

It has now been approximately 48 hours and I still have not received the 6 ad accounts I ordered.

Communication has also been extremely poor. There have been long periods where I received almost no replies. At one point, I had to raise the issue in another group before I finally got a response.

I specifically asked them whether they had 7 ad accounts that could be delivered to my Business Manager immediately. I was previously told that getting ad accounts was very fast, but when I asked whether they could actually deliver them immediately, I was told no and that I had to continue waiting because I had selected their setup option.

This is exactly the problem: I joined and deposited money based on the information I was given about the service and the expected delivery time. The promised 24-hour timeframe passed, then almost 48 hours passed, and I still had no accounts.

Because of the delays and poor communication, I asked them to refund my money. They refused.

So, as things currently stand:

• I paid approximately $1,000 for the package/service.
• I deposited/top-upped additional funds to order the accounts.
• More than $2,200 of my money is involved.
• I ordered 6 Meta ad accounts.
• I was originally told delivery would take a maximum of 24 hours.
• Approximately 48 hours have now passed.
• I still have not received the 6 ad accounts.
• Communication has been extremely poor.
• I requested a refund and was told they would not refund me.

I also started discussing what happened publicly and have since been contacted by several other people who say they have had problems with this company as well. I currently have 6+ people who have reached out to me.

I have screenshots and documentation of my conversations, payments, the delivery claims, my refund request, and their responses, and I am keeping everything documented.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to be extremely cautious before sending them money.

If the company resolves the situation, delivers what was promised, or refunds me, I will update this thread accordingly. Until then, this post documents the situation as it currently stands.

Hi,

We want to clarify the situation with the full timeline, because some important context is missing from the post above.

The client submitted the request for the Meta ad accounts on September 10, 2026, and specifically requested delivery together with a full Meta setup/infrastructure from our side.

This is not the same as simply pairing a ready ad account to an already prepared client BM.

The requested setup includes preparation of the Meta infrastructure, which can include:
  • Facebook personal profile
  • Business Manager
  • proxy / browser environment
  • email access
  • cookies / session setup
  • security and 2FA configuration
  • BM preparation and access structure
  • pairing environment for the ad accounts
  • additional verification or maintenance where required
This infrastructure needs to be prepared and checked before the ad accounts can be safely paired to it.

For this type of order, we communicate a standard setup delivery timeframe of approximately 1–2 business days.

The client’s setup was completed and delivered on September 11, 2026, as shown in the attached screenshots. The new Business Manager and prepared profile/infrastructure were already provided to the client today.

Once the infrastructure is ready, the standard ETA for pairing and delivering the requested ad accounts is then 1–2 business days.

So the actual sequence is:

September 10: client requested the accounts together with our setup.
September 11: the requested Meta infrastructure/setup was delivered.
Next step: the ad accounts are being prepared and paired, with the communicated ETA of 1–2 business days.

There also appears to be some confusion around the “24-hour” communication.

When a client already has a suitable BM/infrastructure ready and only requires an available ad account to be paired, delivery can naturally be faster. However, this client requested the full setup from us, which first needs to be built and prepared before the accounts can be safely delivered.

We even explained to the client that if he already had suitable BMs ready and did not require our setup, we could proceed with the ad accounts directly and potentially move faster.

Regarding the refund: it is not accurate to say that we simply “refused a refund” while failing to provide the service.

The service was already actively being prepared and delivered according to the ordered setup and communicated process. The infrastructure has now been delivered, and the ad accounts are still being processed within the applicable delivery timeframe. For that reason, there is currently no basis for refunding the service fee simply because the client decided during fulfillment that he no longer wanted to wait for the remaining delivery.

We also offered to refund unused funds intended for ad account balances if the client no longer wanted those funds used.

Unfortunately, throughout the conversation the client has also repeatedly used insulting and confrontational language toward our team. We cannot control how a client chooses to communicate, but we have continued answering the service-related questions and processing the order regardless.

We are not interested in turning this into a personal argument.

Our priority is simply to complete the service correctly, and we will continue doing our maximum to make sure the remaining ad accounts are delivered properly within the communicated process.

We are attaching screenshots showing the request date, the type of setup requested, the setup delivery, and the relevant communication so that the timeline can be reviewed objectively.

If the client’s remaining ad accounts are delivered as expected, we would also expect the thread to be updated accordingly.

Thank you for replying publicly. Unfortunately, your response does not address the main issue, so I will clarify my position once again and let everyone reading this thread make their own judgment based on the evidence.

First, communication has been one of the biggest problems from the beginning. There were periods where I could barely get a response from you. In fact, I had to start talking about this situation in Telegram groups where you were present before I finally started receiving proper responses.

It should not be necessary for a paying customer to publicly complain in other groups just to get support.

Second, the fundamental issue is what was communicated to me BEFORE and DURING the purchase process.

I was told that delivery would be fast and I was given a 24-hour expectation. Later, when I asked about the ad accounts, I was told that AD ACCOUNTS would be faster. Then the explanation changed again and suddenly I was being told about additional 1–2 business day periods.

Now, in this public response, you are presenting the process as:

1–2 business days for infrastructure/setup

  • another 1–2 business days for the ad accounts.

That is potentially 2–4 business days.

That is NOT the expectation I understood when I paid you.

If you had clearly told me BEFORE taking my money:

“Your setup may take 1–2 business days, and AFTER that your 7 ad accounts may take another 1–2 business days,”

then I could have decided whether I wanted to purchase the service under those conditions.

That is precisely why I requested a refund.

Third, saying that the “setup was delivered” does not resolve my complaint.

I did not come to you because I wanted a Facebook profile, a Business Manager, cookies, a proxy environment or a setup by itself.

I came to you because I needed 7 AD ACCOUNTS.

Those are what I paid and deposited money in order to obtain, and those are what I was still waiting for.

Delivering part of an infrastructure does not mean that the product I actually needed — the 7 ad accounts — was delivered.

You also told me privately that if I already had my own BM/infrastructure, the ad accounts could be handled faster. I then asked you directly whether you had the 7 ad accounts available to deliver to my BM RIGHT NOW.

The answer was not that you had 7 accounts ready for immediate delivery.

So please stop making this about whether I selected “setup” or not. My complaint is about the expectations communicated to me, the changing explanations, the extremely poor communication, and the fact that I requested a refund after losing confidence in the service.

Regarding my tone: yes, I became angry after repeatedly trying to get answers while more than $2,200 of my money was involved. I have no problem acknowledging that some of my messages were confrontational.

But my tone does not change the timeline, the payments, what was communicated to me, or whether the 7 ad accounts were delivered.

And importantly, I did not immediately come to BlackHatWorld. I first tried to resolve this directly with you.

Only after the communication problems, delays, changing explanations and refund dispute did I make this public.

I have screenshots of the conversations and I am happy to post the relevant messages chronologically so that people here do not have to take either my word or yours — they can simply read the conversations themselves.

I have also since found other public reviews and complaints about similar experiences on platforms such as Google and YouTube. I am documenting those separately, but I encourage everyone to do their own research rather than relying solely on either side of this thread.

My request remains extremely simple:

I no longer have confidence in your service and I do not want you to continue preparing additional infrastructure or accounts for me.

Refund my unused top-up funds and refund the service/package I requested to cancel.

If you believe that any specific amount is non-refundable, then clearly state here:

  1. Exactly how much money you received from me.
  2. Exactly how much you are refunding.
  3. Exactly how much you are refusing to refund.
  4. What specific service/product that non-refundable amount paid for.
  5. Where, BEFORE PAYMENT, I accepted that this amount would become non-refundable once you began the setup.
  6. The exact delivery timeframe that was communicated to me BEFORE PAYMENT.

That will make this very easy for everyone to evaluate objectively.

I am not asking anyone here to blindly believe me. I am asking people to look at the screenshots, dates, payments and messages and make their own judgment.

The changing explanations, the extremely poor communication, and the fact that the 7 ad accounts I ordered were still not delivered are the reasons I lost confidence in the service and requested a refund.

And if you issue the full refund, I will update this thread publicly to confirm that you refunded me.

Also, if you look at the timeline, you’ll notice that they only “supposedly” delivered the BM + profile AFTER I posted about the situation here on the forum and finally managed to get their attention.

However, it’s also very easy to quickly provide a low-quality BM just to say that something has been delivered. The important point is that I had ALREADY requested a refund before any of this happened.

In fact, I’m going to attach evidence showing that as soon as I realized their top-ups were processed manually, after making my first payment, I requested a refund literally 5 minutes later.

My refund request was ignored. Around 2 hours later, instead of processing the refund I had already requested, they told me not to worry because the service was going to be delivered.

So the timeline is very simple:

I made the first payment → approximately 5 minutes later I requested a refund → my refund request was ignored → around 2 hours later they told me the service would be delivered anyway → after I publicly raised the situation here and in Telegram groups where they were present, they suddenly became much more responsive and “delivered” a BM + profile.

At this point, based on my experience, I genuinely believe this company is taking customers’ money while refusing to provide a reasonable refund solution when problems arise.

I would appreciate it if a BlackHatWorld admin/moderator could review this situation and the evidence I’m providing, because I find the way this has been handled completely unacceptable.

I requested the refund almost immediately after realizing how the service operated, before the BM + profile they are now using as justification was delivered.

And even now, they are still not providing me with any proper solution regarding the refund.
