Hi, thanks for the detailed message.

Yes, we can support this type of Meta iGaming / sports betting setup, including multiple websites and higher-volume scaling.

For your questions:

  1. Direct-to-WhatsApp campaigns can be used, but for iGaming this is still a higher-risk setup, so no provider can realistically guarantee that an account will never be restricted. What we do is provide stronger agency infrastructure, multiple accounts in parallel and replacements so you are not dependent on a single account.
  2. If an ad account or related asset gets restricted, we can provide replacements according to the package. We can also process the withdrawal of the remaining balance from the affected account and move you to a new one. Standard replacement ETA is usually around 1 business day, depending on Meta’s current risk-control situation.
  3. Yes, we can provide the full browser/setup infrastructure as well - personal profiles, BMs, proxies, cookies/browser environment, ID/selfie verification handling when required, ad accounts and ongoing support.

We can also provide pre-approved Meta iGaming accounts for up to 54 supported countries, depending on the GEOs you need.
Thanks for the clear breakdown.

Let's proceed with onboarding. Please message me the complete pricing breakdown along with the Telegram/Slack handle to connect with your team for account setup.

DO you have Snapchat accs for Igaming? which country available on your account?
thanks

Yes we do Ad accounts on SNAP for iGaming:

Hi,

We don’t provide any illegal money-making methods or strategies.

What we do at Laurel Agency is rent/provide advertising infrastructure, mainly Meta/Facebook Agency Ad Accounts, Business Managers, account setups, top-ups, replacements, and support for businesses that already have their own product, service, or offer.

So if you already have a business and need reliable ad accounts to run paid advertising, we can help. But we don’t provide tactics for making money or illegal methods.

I want to document my experience with this agency so that other people can make their own decision before sending them money.

I joined their service because I needed Meta ad accounts. Before proceeding, I was told that delivery would take a maximum of 24 hours.

I purchased their package, which cost me around $1,000 just to join the agency/service. I then requested 6 ad accounts and was required to top up my balance in order to place the order. In total, I deposited more than $2,200.

It has now been approximately 48 hours and I still have not received the 6 ad accounts I ordered.

Communication has also been extremely poor. There have been long periods where I received almost no replies. At one point, I had to raise the issue in another group before I finally got a response.

I specifically asked them whether they had 7 ad accounts that could be delivered to my Business Manager immediately. I was previously told that getting ad accounts was very fast, but when I asked whether they could actually deliver them immediately, I was told no and that I had to continue waiting because I had selected their setup option.

This is exactly the problem: I joined and deposited money based on the information I was given about the service and the expected delivery time. The promised 24-hour timeframe passed, then almost 48 hours passed, and I still had no accounts.

Because of the delays and poor communication, I asked them to refund my money. They refused.

So, as things currently stand:

• I paid approximately $1,000 for the package/service.
• I deposited/top-upped additional funds to order the accounts.
• More than $2,200 of my money is involved.
• I ordered 6 Meta ad accounts.
• I was originally told delivery would take a maximum of 24 hours.
• Approximately 48 hours have now passed.
• I still have not received the 6 ad accounts.
• Communication has been extremely poor.
• I requested a refund and was told they would not refund me.

I also started discussing what happened publicly and have since been contacted by several other people who say they have had problems with this company as well. I currently have 6+ people who have reached out to me.

I have screenshots and documentation of my conversations, payments, the delivery claims, my refund request, and their responses, and I am keeping everything documented.

Based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to be extremely cautious before sending them money.

If the company resolves the situation, delivers what was promised, or refunds me, I will update this thread accordingly. Until then, this post documents the situation as it currently stands.

Hi,

We want to clarify the situation with the full timeline, because some important context is missing from the post above.

The client submitted the request for the Meta ad accounts on September 10, 2026, and specifically requested delivery together with a full Meta setup/infrastructure from our side.

This is not the same as simply pairing a ready ad account to an already prepared client BM.

The requested setup includes preparation of the Meta infrastructure, which can include:
  • Facebook personal profile
  • Business Manager
  • proxy / browser environment
  • email access
  • cookies / session setup
  • security and 2FA configuration
  • BM preparation and access structure
  • pairing environment for the ad accounts
  • additional verification or maintenance where required
This infrastructure needs to be prepared and checked before the ad accounts can be safely paired to it.

For this type of order, we communicate a standard setup delivery timeframe of approximately 1–2 business days.

The client’s setup was completed and delivered on September 11, 2026, as shown in the attached screenshots. The new Business Manager and prepared profile/infrastructure were already provided to the client today.

Once the infrastructure is ready, the standard ETA for pairing and delivering the requested ad accounts is then 1–2 business days.

So the actual sequence is:

September 10: client requested the accounts together with our setup.
September 11: the requested Meta infrastructure/setup was delivered.
Next step: the ad accounts are being prepared and paired, with the communicated ETA of 1–2 business days.

There also appears to be some confusion around the “24-hour” communication.

When a client already has a suitable BM/infrastructure ready and only requires an available ad account to be paired, delivery can naturally be faster. However, this client requested the full setup from us, which first needs to be built and prepared before the accounts can be safely delivered.

We even explained to the client that if he already had suitable BMs ready and did not require our setup, we could proceed with the ad accounts directly and potentially move faster.

Regarding the refund: it is not accurate to say that we simply “refused a refund” while failing to provide the service.

The service was already actively being prepared and delivered according to the ordered setup and communicated process. The infrastructure has now been delivered, and the ad accounts are still being processed within the applicable delivery timeframe. For that reason, there is currently no basis for refunding the service fee simply because the client decided during fulfillment that he no longer wanted to wait for the remaining delivery.

We also offered to refund unused funds intended for ad account balances if the client no longer wanted those funds used.

Unfortunately, throughout the conversation the client has also repeatedly used insulting and confrontational language toward our team. We cannot control how a client chooses to communicate, but we have continued answering the service-related questions and processing the order regardless.

We are not interested in turning this into a personal argument.

Our priority is simply to complete the service correctly, and we will continue doing our maximum to make sure the remaining ad accounts are delivered properly within the communicated process.

We are attaching screenshots showing the request date, the type of setup requested, the setup delivery, and the relevant communication so that the timeline can be reviewed objectively.

If the client’s remaining ad accounts are delivered as expected, we would also expect the thread to be updated accordingly.

[SCAM ALERT] DO NOT HIRE LAUREL AGENCY – Fraud, Breach of Contract, and Stolen Balance by Radomir and Peter @LaurelAgent

Hi everyone, I am a new member here on the forum. I am writing this public alert to document and expose my total dissatisfaction with Laurel Agency. I have been lied to and deceived for the past 21 days by Radomir (Owner) and Peter (Staff). My goal is to prevent other members from falling into the same trap and to demand a full refund of my funds currently withheld by them.

Timeline of Events:

* 08/08/2026: I hired the agency and paid $1,098 USD for the TURBO+ plan, covering a 1-month subscription.
* 09/08/2026 - 10/08/2026: I received access to their CRM and had the first ad account assigned to my contingency setup.
* 10/08/2026 - 24/08/2026: The team was helpful and replied quickly via Telegram.
* 25/08/2026: The nightmare began. My 3 Meta Ad accounts were banned simultaneously for Account Integrity and Authentic Identity. They were hosted on different BMs, different profiles, and did not share the same pixel. Laurel Agency’s official website clearly states they replace accounts and transfer remaining balances within 24 hours, regardless of the ban reason.
* 25/08 to 07/09 (14 days of complete blackout): They failed to replace a single ad account. My entire operation was completely halted, and my capital was frozen. Their only excuse was global Meta issues. Meanwhile, their website remained live, actively onboarding new clients.
* 05/09/2026: The owner, Radomir, explicitly promised me via chat that I would not be charged for the days I was left without active accounts, and that the second subscription fee would be waived/deferred so I could recover financially.
* 07/09/2026: They finally provided 2 accounts. Shockingly, both were inside the same BM and were hit with a Shadow Ban (absolute zero spend). Even though they attached a card with a $100k limit, the accounts did not spend a single cent over 3 days. I alerted them multiple times on Telegram, but I was ignored, and they tried to blame me.
* 09/09/2026: Going back on every single promise, they unauthorizedly deducted $1,098 USD from my CRM balance for a "second month" fee. That same day at 20:51 (BRT), Peter admitted the BM had technical issues and promised a fix within hours. That was his last message; he has been completely MIA for 5 days.
* 11/09/2026: Radomir gave the exact same excuse and disappeared. He has provided zero support for the last 3 days. On this day, he repeated that the downtime wouldn't be billed.
* 13/09/2026: Marking 20 days without active ad accounts and over 48 hours without support, I sent an ultimatum demanding a full refund. On the same day, I spotted a fresh complaint on the forum where they promised a new client 6 Meta accounts within 1–2 business days. This proves they had accounts all along and were acting in bad faith.
* 14/09/2026 (Today): Staff member Lubica (who was missing for 7 days) messaged stating she set up two accounts in their structure and added $200 to one. When I checked my CRM, they had deducted this $200 from my balance without permission, leaving my panel at -$161.38. This was a cheap move to buy time. To make matters worse, they deleted one of my $300 refund requests from the panel dashboard, but I have screenshots of everything.

Breakdown of Withheld Funds & Financial Damage:

I have a family to support and have been unable to run ads for 3 weeks due to their lies. I demand a full refund due to a severe breach of contract:

* $2,196.00 USD (Two full monthly subscription fees, as honest service was never delivered);
* $500.00 USD (Remaining budget frozen inside the last two banned accounts);
* $48.00 USD (Remaining panel balance that was stolen without authorization);
* $30.00 USD (The 5% creation fees charged for the 6 accounts at $5 each);
* $35.00 USD (The 5% top-up fees charged on the last 4 unused account balances).

Total Refund Demanded: $2,782.00 USD.

I have all chat logs, broken promises, and CRM screenshots fully documented in image and video format. I kindly request the forum moderation team to step in and help me recover my funds from this provider.

To provide full evidence of what happened, I will be posting all the screenshots in separate replies below. Since the forum only allows a maximum of 10 attachments per message, I will split them into parts (PART 1, PART 2, etc.) until every single proof is uploaded

Hi Fabio,

Thank you for laying out your concerns in detail. We want to respond clearly and keep this focused on the actual service history and current status.

Hey @Fabio pigas .

First, the replacement accounts have now been delivered, and the withdrawal requests for the remaining balances from the restricted accounts have also been processed. So the funds that were still sitting on those accounts are not being withheld from you.

Regarding the 5% ad spend fee, this is not a lost cost when funds are withdrawn. The fee is calculated on active advertising spend/top-ups, but when unused balance is withdrawn, the corresponding fee is also refunded accordingly. In other words, you are not losing 5% on money that was not actually spent.

The biggest issue during this period was the unusually aggressive Meta risk-control wave. Unfortunately, GH/BH accounts are always the most exposed during these periods because Meta applies much stricter automated risk checks to higher-risk verticals and account structures. This affected not only your accounts but a broader part of the market and significantly slowed replacement availability.

We fully understand that from your side the downtime was extremely frustrating, especially when your operation depends on active accounts. We should have communicated more consistently during the difficult period, and we acknowledge that.

At this point, however, the main operational issues have been addressed: replacements were provided and the remaining balances were returned/processed. We are continuing to work on the account side so that you can move forward normally.

We are not interested in arguing with you publicly. Our goal is simply to make sure the service is stabilized and that any remaining valid balance or account-related issue is handled correctly.
