if utube is taking down these channels instantly, then it means that there is something about the channel that they want to target. it might not just be related to IP address, since IP address is not going to be a common reason for the channel to get suspended. what is important to determine is what really is causing the probllem?

Yeah. If Your modded app channels are getting removed right after uploading, don’t try to hide the connection with VPNs proxies or make replacement channels after a termination. In my opinion, first check the exact reason in the YouTube termination email. Then fix the content, APK links, and download redirect pages that may be triggering enforcement.
