Ah, I think there's a mix-up on the word "Meta." I'm not talking about meta tags, the HTML/SEO elements like meta titles and descriptions. You're right that stuffing those can trigger spam flags, but that's an SEO thing, and we don't do SEO.
Meta here means the advertising platform, Facebook and Instagram (the company is called Meta). So we're running paid ads on Facebook and Instagram, not touching your site's meta tags at all. Completely different thing.
