videos may earn money, but merely re posting utube videos belonging to others is a risky process. this may result in copyright issues or claims by the re used content policy, hence denying the videos any chances of monettization. a much safer strategy is adding value to the content through commentary, editing, etc.

That is not easy. I see some clippers get paid $2 per 1k views. That's so unfair and I cannot for the life of me.
