Website with good authority and metrics but never monetized. Where to sell?

We have a website/platform in the IT niche that we’ve been building for a few years. It has decent authority (DR 55) and good organic visibility. Right now, we’re focused on a completely different niche and are considering selling it. Are there any platforms where we can list it? (I know Flippa requires confirmed revenue, and we’ve never monetized it.)

If you have real organic data then you can sell the same place where the monitized sites are sold.

Flippa, bhw etc.

You might get less value though without prospects
 
without revenue you may get a lower valuation, so I’d show Search Console, traffic history, backlink profile and niche potential clearly. that will matter more to buyers than DR alone.
 
Since it has organic traffic but no revenue I would include Search Console data and traffic history in the listing so buyers can judge the site on real performance
 
you can actually look into the market place section that accept established website based on the traffic, autority and potential of the business rather than required existing revenue
 
An IT niche an evergreen niche, so building a platform on that is solid ground. Even without a revenue proof, you can sell at a pretty decent price. Though it would be pricier if it had revenue.
 
You can still sell it even without revenue. I’d highlight the DR, organic traffic, age, backlink profile, niche, and Search Console data rather than focusing on missing monetization. Flippa is one option, while direct buyers and niche marketplaces can also work.
 
A website with no revenue will be considered a starter website. Because each metric can be faked anyway.
 
Flippa did have an option of starter websites a few years back, maybe it's still there. You can't sell it as a regular website with 0 revenue.
 
For a domain-only sale, Motion Invest or Acquire work too. You can put together a clean buyer folder with screenshots, traffic data, and a short Loom video walking through the site.
 
If the site has strong organic traffic and a clean history you can still sell it without revenue Focus on marketplaces that allow non monetized websites and provide detailed traffic backlink and Search Console data to attract serious buyers
 
Yes, you can still sell an unmonetized website. With DR 55 and genuine organic visibility, buyers can value the traffic, backlinks, rankings and niche potential. I would prepare verified Search Console traffic, keyword rankings and backlink data before listing it. You can then explore established website marketplaces and webmaster communities for potential buyers.
 
A non monetized site can still be sold fli...a allows non revenue listings, but buyers will care more about verified traffic, rankings, backlinks & growth potential, for an IT site, direct outreach to relevant companies can also attract better buyers
 
For an unmonetized site, I'd check marketplaces that accept sites based on traffic and authority, not just revenue. The site's niche and organic traffic could still make it attractive to buyers.
