Brazil AI subs + VCC hit rate — anyone running BR traffic seeing this?

Hey guys, been running BR traffic lately and hitting a nasty payment wall I figured some of you'd relate to.

BR AI subs (ChatGPT, Claude, MJ) are exploding but local BINs are getting wrecked. 503143 Nubank, 455615 Itaú, 536431 C6 — basically instant flag on Stripe. Paddle slightly better, Chargebee worst. 3DS doesn't always save it.

IOF (6.38%) + shit FX = $20 sub costs $28-30. Recurring billing? Month 2 decline is brutal. Ppl lose access mid-workflow, no notification lol.

What's working for me:

US-BIN VCCs, non-VBV preferred, solid 3DS passthrough

1 card per platform (isolate risk)

Crypto funding to skip local rails

Hit rate: ~30% local → 90%+ US BIN. Also keeping ad accounts warm without linking personal banking.

One thing I'm still stuck on: some US BINs pass 3DS on Stripe but get soft-declined on Meta Ads. Meta's scoring seems stricter than Radar. Anyone else seeing this gap?

VCC folks — what BIN regions working best for you on Paddle/Stripe right now? Imo US still crushes but maybe I'm missing something.

Lmk what you are seeing.

tbh meta's automated fraud system just hates anything that looks like a prepaid card lately. even some of the high end us vccs get hit with the temporary hold decline immediately. in my experience european business cards have way higher trust scores on there right now compared to the standard crypto funded ones. for stripe and paddle though, routing through local gateways that handle the local taxes directly is usually a lot cleaner than trying to force us rails...

Yeah Meta is definitely the annoying one here lol. Stripe usually gives more room than Meta from what I’ve seen.

Haven’t tested enough EU business BINs tbh, mostly been running US ones. They work well at first but scaling/volume is where the problems usually start.

Agree on local rails too, cleaner if available. The BR AI sub use case is just tricky because a lot of users don’t have good local options.

What EU BIN regions are you seeing better results with?
