Do you have any pointers for where I should start with AI OFM in terms of workflow? I've heard of comfy ui, seeddance etc but not sure where to actually start in terms of constructing a pipeline. Can't find any resources for this that are good on YouTube

You can find many models on Reddit which are struggling to find traffic and leads.
I know because I’m doing this business using AI girls and when I need a chatter or a VA I’m posting on Reddit. I got a lot of messages from real model to work together but I’m not interested because it’s a pain in the a$$ to work with them.

There are some guys who recommend you to start to do AI OFM.
I’m not saying the same since you are on your own path but when I started to do this business, more than 2 years ago, I used the hybrid method: real girl for NSFW content, AI generated content for social media platforms (the problem with some of the girls is that they’re lazy and they’re not happy to create daily content for social media).
I worked on the hybrid method for 3 months and then me and that girl decided to go on different paths.
From that moment I’m using full AI content.

I’m also trying to get my first model. I’m new to this whole industry but where could you find theses marketplaces?

Full Ai method means AI girl (you’ve to create her), AI content SFW and AI NSFW content (sells, ppvs);
Hybrid method - Real model and around her you’ll create AI SFW content for social media. Why AI content and not real? Some models don’t want to spend time to create for eg. Dancing videos that can become viral or they cannot replicate the dance, movement. It’s harder to replicate a trending dance (check Sophie Rain’s videos for eg.) in reality that using AI tools.
For NSFW content you can use the real model so you don’t have to generate using AI tools.
Related to the traffic, it’s the same when it comes to the social media platforms. With a good social media management and marketing experience and using a good strategy it’s very easy to get for eg. 20 million views in 30 days on you IG account.
When it comes to the conversion rate it’s easier to convert in OF than in Fanvue, Fanplace or Stacked. But the difference it’ll be made by the traffic that you’ll get in social media, funneling and converting strategies.
The real pain in the a.. working on the hybrid method is related to the model (real girl). Some are not motivated, focused, others believe that they deserve more money but they are not doing anything rather than created NSFW content. (SFW creation for social media, no; funneling/converting of the leads, no; be in charge for the social media accounts and work there, no; chat with their subscribers, no - “we should hire a chatter”)

Try niche hashtags, location tags, Reels, and followers of mid-sized creators. Focus on active accounts with smaller audiences and no obvious management. A short, personalized DM usually works better than a generic pitch.
