[OFM] Struggling to find models -- any advice?

Hey guys I'm trying to find a model and struggling a bit. Don't want to use a marketplace. I've tried 3 things which I thought would work:

- Messaging creators directly on Reddit. Not getting replies... makes sense as I'm reaching from an anon account where I can't leverage personal brand like IG (face to name)
- Using onlyfinder to find their page & linked IG and message them on IG with my personal brand account. Most accounts on this website are old, or adverts (meaning already have an agency)
- Searching 'onlyfans' into the IG search bar and trying to find girls there to message. I can find models this way, but the accounts in the feed are all massive creators with many followers (clearly already have an agency etc)

I would rather cold reach on IG to leverage personal brand, but I can't find a good way to find accounts on IG to DM in the first place... A 'good' account I'm looking for I guess is a model who doesn't already have a massive following and so would be more willing to work with me. But the point is how can I find a solid way to find accounts to message!

finding models is usually less about outreach volume and more about targeting the right stage of creator.

a lot of established creators already have management or receive dozens of messages every week. newer creators with some traction but limited monetization experience are often much more receptive.

I'd also focus on building credibility first. when creators can quickly see who you are and what value you bring, response rates tend to improve significantly.

There are many of Telegram groups where you can hire OnlyFans models. Try this.

If they are established already, they will hardly respond or will be interested in cooperation.

Depends on the references, and what are you able to offer - the best would be an intro from an existing performer that works with you.

There are telegram groups targeting performers or agencies. But these will be likely frequented by major agencies.

You can also join some of the professional communities in the adult B2B / that may include talent and post an opportunity there (I'm not sure if it's not against TOS to mention them here).

Also bear in mind it takes a lot of repetitive work to generate any sort of reasonable income with a new performer, so in order to manage the expectations, it's always excellent to have an existing system for generating traffic in place.

No offense but there are more OF agencies now than there are creators. And newer models prefer DIY.
If you don't have anything to show your credibility, maybe offer working for free for a couple of weeks or a month.

What are your agency's sales figures? I have a model on the waiting list, but his old agency is banned on Reddit, and I have no other way to contact him, so I'm looking for someone who can handle it.

search hashtags like #newmodel, #onlyfansmodel, #beginningmodel, #modelsearch, #nfpost, #contentcreatorsearch and you can also add location tags like #londonmodel

The smaller creators are usually the better target. Engagement matters more than follower count.

I'm quite worried that when it comes time to scale, the agency won't have the infrastructure, like enough accounts to withstand bans, or that the chatter will be new and inexperienced, hindering its ability to scale.

I don't have sales figures as I haven't signed a model yet, hence this post. But all my systems are ready, I've been warming & farming Reddit, insta, X and TikTok accounts with several physical iPhones for a month now.

Why don't you try out the local strip clubs? I'm sure that you will find women willing to do this there, because strippers already sell their bodies.
