✅ If there is a clear billing or service fee calculation mistake from Vio Agency’s side
✅ If a prepaid amount or unused balance remains under Vio Agency’s control and is eligible to be returned based on the agreed setup

Refunds do not apply to:

❌ Ad spend that has already been used for running campaigns
❌ Campaign performance results
❌ Rejected ads, disabled ads, or platform policy decisions made by Meta
❌ Issues caused by customer-side creatives, landing pages, products, payment cards, or policy violations
❌ Cashback or platform-side refund amounts that are not approved or not eligible under the selected account type

For cashback-related accounts, cashback or refund-supported settlement depends on the selected account type, actual spending volume, and platform-side eligibility/status. Any eligible cashback or refund-supported amount will be calculated clearly before settlement.
