Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice from people who have dealt with this before.

We work in the real estate industry and manage Google Ads campaigns for property developers.
i work for bokarge company.
several of our Google Ads accounts were suspended for Circumventing Systems
In the past, we had several Google Ads accounts suspended because of copyright/intellectual property issues related to some real estate projects we were advertising.
Now, every new Google Ads account we create gets suspended almost immediately.
So far we've tried:
  • Using a completely new website.
  • Changing the payment method.
  • Creating new Google Ads accounts.
However, the suspension still happens.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

I'm trying to understand
is there is a solution ??

Hi, you can try using cloaking and see if it helps. btw, are you using personal account (created by yourself)? Personal accounts are usually more fragile and may have issues with payment methods

Yes, it's a personal account
I'm thinking about working through a Google Partner or an agency instead.
Do you have any recommendations for reliable Google Partners or companies that can help agencies like ours manage Google Ads?
I'd also appreciate any suggestions based on your experience.
Thanks you so much

doesn't seem that you are changing browser fingerprints
might want to try anti-detect browsers

also, keep 1 proxy for 1 google ads account
also add 2fa

Have you tried anti detect browser and proxies?

How do you verify the accs

Your account may already be associated with risk signals such as your company information, domain, payment method, device, or other factors.

If new accounts are being suspended immediately, the root trust issues need to be addressed and the account should be recovered through an appeal process, rather than simply changing the website or payment method.

Google is almost certainly linking your IP and browser profile back to those old copyright flags. Using an antidetect browser (like AdsPower) with residential proxies usually helps clean up that footprint. Also, fresh self-created accounts get nuked super fast on real estate keywords these days, so switching to an aged or agency setup might save you a ton of headache.

seems like the old suspensions are still keeping the company from working with the new accounts. imo stop makig new accounts and fix the problems with the old policy/IP.

Sounds like the previous account history may still be connecting the newer accounts. I’d focus on resolving the original suspension and the IP issues first, then request a proper review rather than continuing to create new accounts.

It's seem like your ads account is not have enough strength. You should find somewhere provide the right one, like us.

if this is how all new account are supposed to work, then I will not open any other account until I sort out the issues with the original policy.

Had the exact same issue with a client in real estate last year. The thing most people dont realize is Google ties suspensions to your digital fingerprint — IP, browser, device, even billing profile. Changing the website alone wont help if everything else still points back to the flagged entity. What worked for us was going through an agency MCC with a totaly clean setup — new entity, antidetect browser, resi proxy, and most importantly sorting out the original copyright claim first. Without fixing that root flag you're just burning accounts for nothing.

Yes i think this can happen because the new accounts would not usually help so just fix the original issue and appeal the suspension.

yeah try anti-detect browsers nd do not use ur own accounts.
ur new Google Ads accounts may share the same ip with the old accounts it also effect
