My Facebook account has been disabled and it says you can appeal within 180 days or it will be destroyed. Now I don't know what to do.

make the appeal and wait for the 180 days for verify with identification to know if they reachout with the right profile owner.

You should appeal; contact Facebook support to appeal. They may have made a mistake in disabling your account.
