I run into this all the time, and the approach I usually take is by leveraging Ahrefs' Keyword Explorer. One of the features I really like is the Frequently Asked Questions section, where you can find questions people are actively searching for in your industry.
I'll typically look for questions getting hundreds or even thousands of monthly searches that also have relatively low competition. From there, I'll use ChatGPT to help generate an SEO-friendly article of 800+ words around that topic. I usually have to tweak the structure, add my own insights, and make a few edits, but it gives me a really solid starting point and speeds up the content creation process quite a bit. Just a heads up, though, remember there's a reason these have high search volume and low competition, so if you're looking for leads, this might not be the greatest place to start, but it can help build your traffic and EEAT data
