Is anyone else struggling to get traffic even after publishing regularly?

I have been posting blog content consistently from a while now, but the traffic growth is much slower than I expected. Is anyone else facing the same issue, and what made the biggest difference for you in getting your first steady visitors?
One of the factors which helped me most out was avoiding the tendency to publish at regular irrespective of its necessity. If my blog post was not better than the posts which were already ranking, then i would use the time in improving the previous post or searching for a better angle. posting fewer articles but in a more compietitive manner fetched far more traffic than just meeting the weekly publishing goals.

Yeah, that makes sense. The main thing i noticed was more on the topical authority side, then the internal linking stuff got cleaner, and finally a few high quality backlinks started showing up. Staying consistent helps too, but the promotion angle and relevance together are what usually push that first real steady organic traffic, you know.

Yes, publishing consistently is only one part. Keyword research and promoting content made a bigger difference for me.

Do you have good backlinks as well? If you and your competition have the same quality of content, then only backlinks will top the scale to your favor.

Yeah quite common, actually. Posting more does not always make much difference . i usually find that my results improve once i sort out my keyword targeting and get some gud backlinks.

Posting content consistently isn't a magic bullet that will bring you traffic. Moreover, in the AI era, it can be a signal that you are a spammer.

So, how do you get traffic?

The same old stuff: links, keywords, content, technical SEO, etc.

i had something like this happen to me too.the biggest thing was to stop the whole publish nd pray.instead i began to promote my helpful articles in appropriate forums, optimize pages that were being viewed but not clicked nd research less competitive subjects. the traffic came slowly but steadilly.

I'm seeing this too Sometimes improving older posts seems to work better than just adding more content

I have also experienced that although there were lots of posts on the website, there was very little content for google to index. Writing fewer but more focused articles and refreshing already indexed pages worked for me also .
