I focus on fixing important broken links and creating better pages that can naturally attract new backlinks over time.
My first step is to figure out why the link isn't working. Sometimes a simple redirect can fix the problem, and the link ownership can be maintained without too much effort.I found some broken backlinks pointing to my website.
How do you usually handle them?
Do you remove, fix, or ignore them?
I agree. I'd only try to reclaim the link if it's from a relevant and trustworthy website. If the link has little value or isn't related to the niche, I'd rather spend my time building better quality links instead. It depends on the nature of the link and its purpose. If it comes from a relevant and reliable source, then I would try to reclaim it, otherwise not worth my time.
I check GSC > Links > Top linking sites first.I found some broken backlinks pointing to my website.
