the essence of building trust in search engines lies primarily in convincing them that ur site is valuable nd usefful. write valuable content keep it updated, make the website user frienddly nd work for real users rather than looking for loopholes to take advantage of.
One of the things that i learned is that search engines do not trust websites they trust reliable signals. At one point, there was some pages that did not rank for many months but eventually started ranking once i started updating them rather than coming up with a new article each week. Relevant, high quality content, a couple of references from other relevant sites, and site visitors that stayed around becames important.

I believe that search engines appreciates consistency in sites, not unpredict ability in sites. If you write new articles with the same high level of quality as you did before earlier and fix any dead pages fast and update old content rather than deleting it, you will send a much stronger message than posting 50 random articles.
I believe that trust is developed through creating a history of usefullness in the website and not through SEO tactics alone. One of the things which is often over looked by a lot of people is how consistent the promises are between search results and what the visitors receives from it. When visitors get the right information and keeps coming back for more and even link to it naturally then trust is developed easily.
