I think not every page needs to be in the #1 position.

Sometimes a page is already getting good traffic and bringing conversations. In that situation trying to move it higher mean making more changes which can affects the already working page.

Because of that I left some pages instead of trying to get more performance.

Are you doing the same or are you keep optimizing until you reach the top ?

sure. In case where the page is functioning well as far as trafic and conversion is concerned, I do not interfere with it at all. there are some case where improving the next opportunity is better than ruining the gud page.
 
Yes, I've done the same If a page is already bringing consistent traffic and conversions I prefer not to over-optimize it. Sometimes chasing the #1 spot can introduce unnecessary changes and hurt what's already working I usually focus my efforts on pages with the biggest growth potential instead

I think it depends on the page and the goal . if a page is already bringing good traffic and conversions. i usually avoid making too many changes. small improvements are fine, But sometimes it's better not to risk hurting something that's alreday working well.
 
If a page is already bringing good traffic then it is better not to make changes in it.
But I suggest to update when the information is outdated or rank is dropping.

I think different from this. You should always aim higher and improve from current rankings. Like if you are on rank 5, you are already missing lot of traffic because first three results get most traffic.
 
Yeah, I do the same, if a page is already converting well pushing for 1st can be unnecessary risk, more tweaks don't always mean more profit sometimes it just destabilizes rankings, I usually leave those pages & focus on scaling new keywords pages instead
 
I have done the same in a few cases. If a page is already bringing steady traffic and conversions then i prefer not to over tweak it. Sometimes pushing too hard for higher rankings can actually disrupt what is already working so i only make small improvements when needed.

You are right but sometimes its just to stressfull to be honest
 
Yes, I have done that before. If a page is consistently bringing traffic and conversions, I avoid making unnecessary changes. Every update carries some risk, so unless there is a clear reason to optimize further, I would rather focus on pages with bigger growth potential.

Yeah. I would rather concentrate on keeping a page that is performing well and driving results, rather than over-optimizing it and hurting its performmance.
 
If it's already bringing good traffic and conversions, I'd rather leave it alone. Sometimes chasing #1 isn't worth the risk of messing up what's already working.
 
Yes, especially when a page already brings steady conversions and the remaining upside looks small.
