Create very good pre sell content and ads, also for few other things about making money, referrals leads content etc.

The right connections can indeed speed things up. My approach would be to concentrate first on developing solid connections by exchanging information and conducting some projects before going for profit sharing.

this could prove helpful but it could take some time to find reliable partner. I would focus on identifying people with complementary skill and start from doing small project together. success usualy breeds success rather than profit sharing alone.

You are correct but i also thought something else, buddy a partner, free partner not paid exchanging ideas is good.
