Hello guys,
I want to run casino and online gaming app ads on Facebook, but my ads keep getting stuck in review or the account gets suspended after running for some time.

I’ve already tried changing ads copy keywords , creatives, and ad text, but the review issue still doesn’t go away.Even after using different ad accounts and business managers, the same suspension problem keeps happening. Can anyone tell me the solution for this?

With casino/game apps, ads getting stuck in review or accounts being restricted after some time is quite common. The issue is usually not just about creatives or keywords, but also related to the account’s trust level, spending behavior, overall setup, and user signals. Simply changing content or switching ad accounts/BMs often doesn’t solve the problem, as Facebook evaluates the whole system. It’s better to warm up accounts properly, keep spending stable, start with small test budgets, and optimize the destination flow — in some cases, using traffic filtering tools can help the system receive cleaner signals.

Casino and gaming ads are highly restricted most platforms need licenses and approval without proper compliance, ads get rejected or accounts banned.

Start carefully and follow policies.

FB is very strict on casino now, most guys here rely on a clean bridge page plus cloaking and slow scaling, otherwise accounts won’t last.

I’ve been using cloaking for these types of ads for the past 7 days. Before this, I was using JCI, but for better results, I tried TrafficGuardian it worked very well with advanced features. TrafficShield also worked really well.
Are you running anything else like aged fb accounts, antidetect browser to login to fb to run the ads, etc?

Casino and gaming ads are high-risk focus on strict compliance, geo-targeting, and approved ad networks to avoid bans.

As a solution, keep your ad creatives simple and avoid showing 100% profit, guarantees, fast income, or any financial claim keywords. If your ads are still getting banned even after this, you can use a cloaking tool.

This is a very common issue with casino and gaming ads.
The problem usually isn’t just the ad copy or creatives — it’s the risk profile of the account and Business Manager. Facebook heavily restricts gambling content, so standard ad accounts often get stuck in review or suspended after some spend.

Many teams solve this by using licensed entities, pre-approved gambling permissions, or agency-level ad accounts that already have higher trust and history. Without those, changing keywords or creatives alone rarely fixes the issue.

Also make sure your landing flow, domain history, and user signals match Facebook’s gambling policies, otherwise reviews will keep looping.

Casino ads are very strict, and unfortunately, there's no complete solution. You have to buy many ads accounts and constantly run new ads using a cloaker.

Try using dedicated accounts specifically suited for social casino ads, and you can modify your creatives, content, you might need use many creatives to see what runs successfully.

This also depends on the countries where you are running your ads, which are your primary target countries?

Based on what you've described, this doesn't sound like a creative issue. It sounds more like something that requires someone with proven experience in the casino/gambling vertical. There are a lot of factors involved, and someone who has worked extensively in this niche should be able to identify what's causing the review delays and restrictions.

to run these compliant, you must submit an official application to meta proving local regulatory licenses; otherwise, unapproved gambling campaigns will continuously lead to automatic bans and structural asset restrictions
